- Personal Conflict: Any conflict that does not pertain to the game or community in any
way. Debates, even arguments having to do with the game or acceptable topics with in the forums would not
be considered personal conflicts. Example of personal conflict: Person A is sleeping with Person B's g/f.
Any argument or discussion of this would be considered a personal conflict.

| Rules |
- No personal conflicts will be taking place on the forums. If you have a personal conflict to resolve with
someone please keep it off the forums. Moderator discresion will be used in cases of personal conflict.
- No derogatory comments directed towards the race, gender or anything else of any member.
- No posting of any pornographic or illegal material. Anyone violating this rule is subject to immediate
and permanent ban.
- No advertising of any kind without consent of a Site Admin. This means if you want to advertise something
on the forums you must contact Brett Jones or Tim Collatz for approval.
- Watch your language! We understand that things can get heated between people in certain instances and ask
that everyone respect our censors. Anyone purposely going around censors will be warned which could lead
to an eventual ban.
- No logging into another persons account. If you are going to be visiting a current member of the forums
please let the administration know that you will be logging in from their computer. If you do not notify
the administration there is a chance we will see two forum users logging in from the same IP and think
someone is logging into anothers forum account. Notifying the administration prior to the event can help
to prevent some confusion.

- Babysitting: The act of logging into another persons empire to make sure they do not get killed in a time
of war
|
| Rules |
- A user can only create as many empires as the portal allows for each server. Creating a new forum
account to be able to create more empires will be considered cheating and can result in banning.
- Anyone playing from the same computer as another member must contact the administration to make them
aware of the situation. Failing to do so can result in disabling until the administration has a chance to
discuss the situation with the player. This is done because we do not like to see multiple players from
the same IP. Seeing that with no prior notification leads us to believe someone is running a multi. We
will do our best to make sure we do not prevent any legitimate players from playing the game. This will
be much easier to do with your cooperation.
- No exploitation of bugs. If you find a bug you must report it immediately. If you use a bug to your benefit
it can result in the disabling and deletion of your empire. Repeated offenses can result in punishment up
to permanent banning from the game.
- No logging into another players country for any reason under any circumstance at any time. This includes
babysitting. Doing so will result in the disabling of all empires involved, and possibly banning.
- No profanity within empire names or in game at all(including in messages). Any empire name the administration deems inappropriate is subject to
to change. If you are unsure whether or not your empire name is acceptable you should probably come up
with something else. If you must, you may contact the administration to inquire about the appropriateness
of your empire name. People purposely and repeatedly breaking this rule will be subject to ban.
